Mike Clayton

Mike Clayton spent twelve years as a management consultant, working with senior civil servants, local government chief officers, and senior executives of global and FTSE 100 companies.  He left Deloitte as a Senior Manager and  has spent the subsequent nine years training and coaching managers at all levels in the public, private and voluntary sectors.  Having also founded a SME, Mike can say that he has not only advised and trained clients in all of these techniques; but he has applied them himself, in managing and developing his own businesses.  Among Mike’s published books is “The Management Models Pocketbook.”
